The Wellsian is the official journal of the H.G. Wells Society and has existed since the 1960s. Most back issues of the journal are still available, except for numbers 2, 5, 6, 15 and 16 and can be ordered from the Society's sales officer, John Green, at 29 Valence Circus, Dagenham, Essex RM8 3LU, United Kingdom. Each issue (including postage and packing) costs £3 in the UK, £4.00 for the rest of the world. Cheques are accepted in other major currencies, but please add £1.00 to cover conversion costs.

The editor welcomes submissions on all aspects of Wells's life, work and thought. Please send articles on floppy disk or as e-mail attachments, as well as on A4 (or equivalent) paper, double line spaced. All submissions will be acknowledged and a decision on acceptance for publication will normally be made by September. Decisions will be in the form of acceptance, rejection or suggested revision. Occasionally, accepted articles will be held over a year for publication in a subsequent volume.
