An Editorial Note
Editorial Address: The Wellsian is the official journal of the H.G. Wells Society and has existed since the 1960s. Most back issues of the journal are still available, except for numbers 2, 5, 6, 15 and 16 and can be ordered from the Society's sales officer, John Green, at 29 Valence Circus, Dagenham, Essex RM8 3LU, United Kingdom. Each issue (including postage and packing) costs £3 in the UK, £4.00 for the rest of the world. Cheques are accepted in other major currencies, but please add £1.00 to cover conversion costs. A comprehensive index of each issue may be found here. The editor welcomes submissions on all aspects of Wells's life, work and thought. Please send articles, preferably as e-mail attachments, or on A4 (or equivalent) paper, double spaced. Please refer to these style guidelines for your submissions. The Wellsian is normally published in September; submissions can be made throughout the year. Decisions will be in the form of acceptance, rejection or suggested revision; occasionally, accepted articles will be held over a year for publication in a subsequent volume. The 2011 issue will be a special number on Ann Veronica.
